BIO: I self-published "Triggered to Change: A Life Fullof Turbulence," an inspiring autobiography, which tells the story of how Iwas shot and partially paralyzed as a young member of the Worcester mafia, putin a coma for 90 days, addicted to drugs, and sentenced to prison. Throughthese hardships, I found a passion for health and fitness and decided I wantedto be a fitness trainer. I now own Titanium Health and Fitness in Brookline,MA!
