President of the Jamaica Teachers’ Association (JTA), Mark Malabver, is calling for every school affected by Hurricane Melissa to receive starlink connectivity systems and generators to help restore normalcy as schools reopen. He emphasized that these essential resources would enable schools , to recover more quickly and restart critical services such as water supply.
