Jack has assembled the teams to work on the company’s radio releases and oversee their development. Responsible for strategic planning for radio and implementation.

Jack has a diverse background in the music industry, with experience in record labels, artist management, artist development, booking, radio promotions, and entertainment. He has held senior positions such as SR.VP of Promotion and Marketing owns a consulting company specializing in music, art, TV, sound, and project development.

Jack has a 50-plus year career as a label executive specializing on the radio promotion and marketing side and has formerly held the same title at ABC, Chrysalis, EMI, Mercury, RSO, and Warner Bros / Discovery Records, where he oversaw releases for Def Leppard, Cool and The Gang, Rufus Featuring Chaka Kahan, John Cougar Mellencamp, Rod Stewart, Rush, Uriah Heep, Hall and Oates, Michael McDonald, BTO, Rainbow, 3 Dog Night, Dwight Twilley, The Baby's, Steely Dan, and Robin Trower,

While doing so, he was responsible for breaking many songs and artists.

Jack also worked on Independent National Promotion and for Rock Magazine in the office of Creem Magazine.  He moved to the West Coast again in 1985 and then did National Independent Promotion Top 40, where he had his own Independent Retail Company (Accelerated Chart Movement). He was VP of National Promotion (Caliber Records) and Sr. VP of Warner Bros. Label (Discovery Records). Jack then created his own AC Adult Independent Company in Los Angeles. (Ashton Consulting) and Santa Barbara, California.

Currently, he is National Independent Promotion (Ashton Music Consulting) and VP of National Promotion (Paramour Records)
