In this episode, we are reading Jaime 8. 

Jaime is in the tower of the Kingsguard, preparing to meet with his fellow sworn brothers.

He peruses the White Book, providing us with a history of Barriston Selmy, along with some other prominent past members of the Kingsguard.

Jaime reprimands Boros Blount for being lazy and names him the new food tester for King Tommen. 

Meryn Trant is given new instructions to use his brain once in a while, as the king is a child and should not have every order followed to the "t".

Balon Swann is shown to be a decent knight, and we get a fun conversation between the Knight of Flowers and the Kingslayer.
