Jake's back on the podcast and he's bought a friend... It's Alba! This is Alba's first official podcast appearance and I'm hoping she talks a little for you all. 

Jake and I talk about whether we think we've changed since being parents, and how our love life is going post having a baby. 

Jake also talks about being Alba's example of what a good man should be.
And how we both handle a work life balance.
