Description

Just over 8 years ago, Jake was overweight, smoking cigarettes, 40 pounds overweight, and working long hours for UPS.

Well, he still works for UPS as a truck driver after all these years later but has transformed his body, his soul, and his life. For the past several years, Jake has crushed the ultra-running scene, but has taken a particular liking and found his niche in 24-hour racing, and just recently represented the USA at the 24 Hour World Championships in France.

In listening to this episode you'll learn:

-Jake's Top 5 Tips/Hacks on things that have helped his training immensely

-How to keep your workouts fresh and fun (the donut story)

-How to balance family/work life with your training

-How to develop into a mentally strong rock star by doing specific "boring" workouts.

And MUCH more...
