Jamal Murray hit a beautiful buzzer-beater over Anthony Davis to complete the comeback over the Lakers. For someone who was having as poor of a game as he was, the team had complete trust in Jamal Murray to take some big shots in the 4th quarter and then take the biggest shot of the game. There was no doubt that when Jamal Murray took that shot, it was going in the second it left his hand. His poor shooting game goes out the window with that shot. The Nuggets improve to 2-0 in the series as they head to Los Angeles attempting to improve to 3-0 on Thursday. The Lakers actually played really well tonight, with Anthony Davis scoring 32 points, LeBron scoring 26 points, and Russell scoring 23. So their big three combined for 81 points tonight, but it just was not enough. Even with a poor shooting game for the Denver Nuggets, it did not matter. The Denver Nuggets absolutely broke the Lakers with this win tonight.
