San Francisco 49ers rookie running back Jordan James is set to make his NFL debut tonight against the Indianapolis Colts, as the team announced hes off the inactive list. The Niners need this win to stay in the hunt for the number one seed in the NFC. Isaac Guerendo, whos mostly played special teams, is sitting out to clear a spot for James. The full inactive list includes several players due to injuries, but the linebacker group is healthier now with Tatum Bethune back and Eric Kendricks called up from the practice squad. The game kicks off at five fifteen PM Pacific Time.
