I ask my Medical Doctor sister –
Is MSG really that bad?
Is being a “night owl” somehow bad for your health?
Do Polyphasic sleep patterns actually work? Can you sleep less but more frequently?
Do carrots improve your eyesight?
Do you smell toast when you have a stroke?
Why are we directed to turn off our mobile phones when we visit patients in hospital? And why don’t Doctors do this?
