Janine Mathó is a global leader with 20+ years of experience in external relations. A first-generation Cuban-American, she overcame poverty, homelessness, and family trauma in her early career. She has held senior roles in world-class organisations including Pearson and Harvard University. Janine is cofounder & CEO of ExponentialChangemakers, a growing global network for women in the first ten years of their careers working to close the early-career gender gap. She is also an Executive Coach who supports senior female leaders at critical career junctures.
