Jennifer Knapp, singer-songwriter & queer activist joins Katie Pruitt in candid conversation to talk about how her experience as a Christian Contemporary Recording Artist in the early 2000's eventually made her feel "burnt out" on making music. Knapp discuses how her hiatus from her music career was essential for her personal growth, self discovery & eventually accepting her own queerness. After almost a decade away from performing publicly Knapp has answered the call to make music once again, only this time, on her own terms.
