Jessica AKA Jessie (Susa)  currently works in HealthCare and as a   Peer Support Specialist/Case manager. She is  a warm-hearted loving woman with a huge heart who enjoys helping others. She has  used her  past to fuel my future to become the better version of herself.

People have asked herwould she change what she has gone through e.g. being sex trafficked as a child to family and friends, beatings just because my father was bored, addicted to drugs, alcohol and cigarettes since the age of 9,  raped at the age of 14 then became pregnant…Just to mention a few. 

Her answer is always “NO” Why? You ask.

"Because the hurts and pains have made me who I am today and I LOVE ME! If I would not have gone through those horrific situations I might have turned out like my father. A MONSTER."

During life’s course she became lost, addicted and homeless. Struggling to just be OK. She lost count at 50 suicide attempts. Why so many?

"My 1st attempt was at age 10. (I was tired) At age 21 I was sentenced to 12 years in prison for vehicular homicide 2 counts. One of the persons that was in the car with me that died was my 3 year old son. The other was a 19 year old young man. I completely lost my mind and had a nervous breakdown. I wanted life to end."

 On 12.10.18 her 33 year addiction ended.

"I fell on my knees, lifted my arms to the sky and cried out to God “Please help me I can’t do it anymore” He held onto my hand, never letting go and I’ve been sober since."
 
She has published a compilation book called “Never Alone” .

 February 2021 she  found a community called Radical Body Transformations.

This was the missing piece. This is a judgement free zone. This community helped her come out of her shell, accepted  her  for who she was and supported her even after knowing of her past. WOW! How great is that! She has won 2 competitions, but what’s even greater than that is she says her  mind, health, physical and spiritual well-being has been restored. 

"I now know I have a purpose and I have our Lord to thank for never giving up on me. I will end with this bible verse that I have held onto since a child. This scripture got me through life when I felt I had no one and I felt all hope was gone."
