It's even as if when we get confused with things that happen to us, we can't not only be concerned, but upset about it because of how He can be upset at us for expressing our emotions. However, this is farther from the case.

In today's society, especially with the events occuring around the recent results of the United States election, mental health, and a plethora of issues concerning our world today, we tend to find ourselves not being able to talk to anyone without being judged or scrutinized, specificially in the Christian community. So, the question that lies on the table is this: "Can we really talk to God about our emotions"?
