Joining me this week is Jo Menon. Jo is a seasoned Interim Senior HR project delivery specialist who has spent all her career operating in global roles. Along the way she has worked for some household names including Dyson, Regus, and Primark.
Jo has two children but had huge complications during the pregnancy of her first child, and she admits to struggling physically and emotionally afterwards. However, she was honest about this when she returned to the job market and found that it was OK to be honest and talk openly about her experiences.
She is a candid and focussed individual who, as you will see from our conversation, has gained immense knowledge on cultural differences and the impact of globalisation in work.
