About John Lawyer My story is somewhat unique. The transition from a warrior in Kuwait, Baghdad and Kandahar over many years to a spiritualist and universalist was a powerful experience. I was a counterintelligence special agent when I was in the Army and also an asymmetric warfare specialist responsible for coordinating various operations for a special USAF unit in Afghanistan for six years. So I’ve gone from receiving a bronze star for counterterrorism operations to walking through a swamp of sadness to an amazing path of spiritual healing and awareness.
