Bio:
Jonathan Angelilli is a Holistic Performance Coach based in New York City with over 25 years of experience in the health, wellness, and movement space.
He began his career as a personal trainer after using movement, meditation, and nature connection to rescue himself from depression, anxiety, and addiction. Now 23 years sober, Jonathan’s own healing journey sparked a lifelong commitment to helping women feel strong, safe, and at home in their bodies.
Over the years, he’s earned 15 different fitness certifications—but quickly realized that to truly support people in deep transformation, he needed to go beyond exercise science. That led him into Traditional Chinese Medicine, where he completed a three-year internship in Medical Qigong and became an initiated 21st-generation lineage holder in the Dragon Gate School of Complete Reality. He is the only disciple of Master Sat Hon—teacher of David Nichtern, Philip Glass, and Krishna Das—initiated into the Tantric Qigong lineage of the Dragon Gate.
For the past decade, Jonathan has focused his work on supporting ambitious mothers, whom he calls “the most inspiring people on the planet.” He believes that when a mom feels strong, grounded, and joyful in her body, the whole family heals.
His holistic approach blends strength training, Taoist martial arts, energy medicine, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to help clients not just perform better—but live with more freedom, vitality, and purpose.
