What Scripture reveals about leadership is that God develops our character through an “active passivity” as we rely on Him. It is often through our greatest successes that God develops humility, and our more challenging weaknesses that He develops strength.
Join us for this conversation between two leaders at different stages of the leadership journey as we think through how God shapes leaders and how this prepares us for a sustainable ministry.
