Description
After serving an 80-game suspension for use of a banned substance, Jose Alvarado is eligible to return to the Philadelphia Phillies roster for the remainder of the regular season. While he will help the Phillies bullpen for the next two months, he’s not eligible for the MLB Postseason as part of his suspension. How will Rob Thomson utilize Alvarado knowing he won’t be available for the Playoffs?
