This episode is perfect for you if you're ready to take your energy up a notch and make the second half of this year count. We talk about getting stuck in energy ruts, the power of journaling, and tips to make your journaling practice actually move the needle for you.

Journaling Prompts:

  1. Give an overall rating on this first half of the year, from 1 - 10 how is it going so far?
  2. Read through any intentions or goals you set in the new year. How do they resonate now? Has anything changed? Have you made any moves towards them? 
  3. What are you proud of yourself for these past 6 months?
  4. Make a list of your favorite moments from the past 6 months.
  5. What hasn’t gone as planned?
  6. Take a second to re-evaluate, where do you want to be in the second half of the year? Be stretchy yet realistic.
  7. Split that vision up into major goals, or buckets. For each bucket what is ONE thing you need to do to start working towards that thing.
  8. For each bucket, how do you normally sabotage yourself and NOT do what you know you need to do to move the needle? Why do you NOT do that thing?
  9. What can you do DIFFERENTLY to make sure that you don’t repeat those same mistakes? Choose a tangible action.
  10. What structures, intentions, and values need to change in order for you to create that life you’re craving.
