Description

This four-part journaling exercise will help you release any emotions, fears, worries, or anxiety that present themselves in your life. This is a practice that allows you to not only understand what you're experiencing but also RELEASE it, and TRANSFORM it into the answers you need.

Four-Part Practice:
1) Witness your thoughts for 3-5 minutes
2) Write what you witnessed from a 'third-person point of view
3) Describe what you would have witnessed if you no longer had those same thoughts (write the reverse of your worries)
4) Take time to study the 'reverse description' and use it as your guideline
