Israel is facing ever-increasing international condemnation after five journalists were killed in Gaza in an attack on a hospital, which Israel branded a "tragic mishap." It comes as furious Israelis bring major roads to a standstill across the country in protest at the failure to agree a deal to bring Hamas-held hostages home.
