Description

Neither the 11th Circuit nor Judge Cannon have jurisdiction to block the release of the Mar a Lago and DC Election Interference final Special Counsel reports, and the DOJ should immediately move to vacate the order blocking the reports release to the public both with Cannon and the 11th Circuit. Michael Popok who practices in Florida federal and appellate courts explains how Cannon lost jurisdiction to issue any new orders when she dismissed the indictment and the case without Trump went up on appeal, and certainly she never had jurisdiction over the DC case headed by Judge Chutkan.
