It's important to distinguish between healthy discernment and harmful judgement, emphasizing the ways in which a judgemental attitude will damage our relationships with others and even sabotage our own ability to grow spiritually. We can discuss ways to cultivate a non-judgemental mindset, such as practicing empathy and compassion and focusing on inner transformation rather than external appearances.
