Judges rule Trump administration must fund SNAP during shutdown

Description
Federal judges in Massachusetts and Rhode Island today have ruled the Trump Administration must continue to pay for food stamps while the government is shut down. Funding for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or SNAP, is currently set to run out Saturday.
