Julie is a wife, a mom, and a hugely successful coach, podcast host, and author. She's written two books, including "Getting a Ph.D. in You," and the business edition of that book.
She's been featured on about a bajillion media outlets to include ABC, FOX, The New York Times, Forbes, and she also gave a few TedX talks. She's also amassed a following of tens of thousands on the Insight Timer app, one of my favorites for meditation.
Her You-est You Podcast is listened to by many thousands, and as I learned she's even on the faculty of the prestigious Georgetown University!
