Description
An unsettling video of a K-9 Police dog handler has recently been made public. The incident involves an officer from Salisbury North Carolina. He is seen in the video lifting the dog into the air with a leash attatched to the dog's collar and swinging it around his body then throwing the dog into a police SUV.
