Up first a story about the first commercially grown black eyed peas crop on the Western Slope and we take you to Western Culture Creamery near Paonia, Colorado for a visit with owner David Miller. WCC participated in this year’s Mountain Harvest Festival farm tours. I spoke with David as his wife Suanne prepared for the day’s events.
