Laura Montesanti is the visionary founder of Synergy – The Retreat Show, a boutique trade gathering dedicated to bringing purpose, connection, and authenticity to the wellness‑travel industry. After a high‑pressure career in London’s luxury sector — juggling university studies and multiple jobs — she discovered meditation and embarked on a personal healing journey through Thailand, India, Latin America, Cape Town, Montenegro, and Monaco, where she curated holistic experiences and taught yoga.

Inspired during the 2020 lockdown and following the tragic loss of her cousin, Laura envisioned a different way of doing business — one rooted in authenticity, wellbeing, and meaningful collaboration. The Synergy retreat show was launched in Ibiza and expanded to Mexico, Bali, and beyond. She has created an immersive platform that brings together retreat leaders, venues, wellness brands, and travel advisors for conversations, workshops, and personal renewal.
