After years of talking about producing this interview Keila and I finally did it!
Keila, a devoted wife, mother, sister, and friend, is also a Managing Editor for the Connecticut Post. In this conversation I was able to truly get to know Keila's motivation, passion, and some of her goals.
In our conversation we also had the opportunity to take a deep dive into postpartum depression and how it affected her. We discussed some of the things we can all do if we, or someone we know, is battling through postpartum depression.
