• Was an assistant women's basketball coach at the University of Alabama during the same time that Dabo Swinney was an assistant coach for the football team and believes that Dabo is the same person now as he was then
• Spent time as the Director of Student-Athlete Development at Xavier University
• Would work for the Southwestern Athletic Conference as the Associate Commissioner
• Dedicated 8 years of his career at the NCAA a Director of Academic and Membership Affairs
