She has released over 60 lbs by practicing a plant-based and refined sugar free diet. She believes, faith can help to shed emotional and spiritual pounds. She is the founder of the, "The Rebirth Experience" where she now teaches other women how to transform. She is currently in the process of writing her 1st book, "The Rebirth Experience”.
