In today's episode we talk to our friend, Chris Redman, about his coming out story.
Like so many people, Chris was bullied in school. Whether it be because he was friends with girls, he had red hair or he was a little bit on the chubby side, Chris copped it all. He also got called words like faggot and homo on the daily.
It was because of this relentless bullying that Chris hid his true identity for over 10 years.
Ultimately, this is Chris's coming out story but it's also a story about the perils of bullying, the importance of good friends and the realisation that it gets better.
