The book, co-written with Adem Tepedelen, explores Thayil's personal life, friendship with Hiro Yamamoto, and how their diverse backgrounds influenced Soundgarden's unique sound. The band is also being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, with Thayil, Matt Cameron, and Ben Shepherd performing, and a special guest honoring Chris Cornell.
