This is Kirsten Franklin's story...
I'm a recovering attorney who made a shift to becoming a life and business coach. I understand what it's like to have a big change in your career, and how it can feel like there's a brick wall in front of you. I made the shift because I was forced to, after being sued and losing my job. I started my own business, and it was a success. I've learned that you have to have a conversation with yourself in your head, and that controls your outcomes. I also learned that you have to be understanding of yourself and others and that you have to make your standards first.

1. What it really looks like to have a career change, and if it's doable
