Konstanty is the CEO of Caissa, a Berlin based tech focused engineering leadership and executive search firm. He has over 15 years experience of working on key talent acquisition and hiring strategy projects for scale-ups, VCs and corporate digital innovation labs across Europe.
Archit Pandey is responsible for Strategy, Growth and Operations at Delhivery – India’s largest logistics service provider ($1bn+ funded) – focused on building and scaling initiatives for the global business vertical. Previously, he was at Delivery Hero, one of the world’s largest food delivery networks, where he oversaw Global Operations for restaurants across 21+ countries in EMEA and APAC regions.
