Also, I could be wrong, but I think the reason they use the phrase "bring down fire" might go back to Elijah when he called on God and God brought down fire and consumed the sacrifice on the altar. (1 Kings 18:37-39) But Elijah simply called on God to show a sign to the people. He did not call down fire himself. God chose to use fire as a sign to the people.
Excellent. I shared this on my FB page. I go to a charismatic church. I have never seen the Kundalini Spirit there. I have only ever seen people pray in the Spirit. I feel like my pastor would recognize a bad Spirit right away and stop it. I also remember when I was in my 20's there was a lady who had started a church in her home and some friends of mine all encouraged me to come to her Bible study and something about her didn't set right with me even though back then I wasn't as knowledgeable in scripture as I am today, but at the end she was praying over me and I got this eerie feeling and she kept trying to push me down and for whatever reason she couldn't do it. I never went back and tried to warn them that her teachings were not right and I got an evil feeling around her. Later many people in that group left after realizing she was getting stranger and stranger in her teachings as time went by. This stuff is real.
