COG STUDIOS, Calif. -- The LA Galaxy fell flat against a very good Seattle side on Wednesday night. They won't be playing for a trophy in Leagues Cup, but on Sunday, they can still find their way into the Concacaf Champions Cup -- and it's their only way in.

The Galaxy were stymied by a physical Sounders side that pounced on mistakes and forced their way through a porous defense.
