We had the pleasure of attending the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) ceremony for the Four Seasons Surf Club Residences and Hotel on Miami Beach, Florida. An amazing property showcasing the repurposing of the original property, green infrastructure features and new sustainable construction. We spoke with the team from SEQUIL Systems, Inc. on how they helped the Four Seasons achieve their LEED silver certification as well as the work they do with the U.S. Green Building Council.
