Barb Bennett formed the Larimer Retired K9 Foundation in 2017 to support retired sheriff and police dogs in Larimer County, Colorado. When dogs retire they are able to go live out the rest of their lives with their handler and their family. Barb saw a need for financial assistance for the family and formed LRK9F.
