Besides being Phil's indirect "corporate overlord," boss at Hagerty, Larry is also the Editor-in-Chief of Hagerty Media. He's also responsible for the creation of the Hagerty Bull Market List, which recently came out with its 6th version (the Bull Market list is a bit of a "hey, we think these cars are primed for a jump in value based on our data"). Since he tends to be ahead of the curve with these things, Phil's the perfect person to poke and prod Larry for some clues and hints about what cars are up next for a jump in value.
