1920. Women earned the right to vote after decades long advocacy, awareness and herculean action that ultimately required a tremendous amount of what we call grit. One hundred years later, despite tremendous efforts to raise and advance awareness through conversation, organizations and programs designed to support the evolution of women to the C Suite, real progress still eludes us. The numbers of women in the C Suite trend slightly up, then slightly back. Never making significant strides to justify a true evolution.
This show, Close the Gap works to share understanding, best practices to close the equity gap and more importantly we provide a platform for men and women to have meaningful discussion about equity in the workplace.
