Kuan is Founder and Creative Director of Story Wear, Taiwan’s only zero waste designer fashion brand.
Story Wear headlined three successive Taipei Fashion Weeks from 2019 to 2022, was selected for the Taipei City Government’s Social Enteprise Development Programme, and received the prestigious Asia Pacific Social Innovation Partnership Award and Buying Power Award from the Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs in 2021, having supported the Cerebral Palsy Association to raise over NT$40 million through a highly innovative public outreach campaign.
Kuan was educated at OCAD University in Toronto, Canada, and received a Master’s degree in Fashion Management from the University for the Creative Arts in the UK. She is a branding and marketing specialist with over 10 years of experience in the fashion industry and international trade.
