MAIP Alumna Toni Pringley honored the program by doing it twice in 2018 and 2019. Her experience in the fellowship helped shape her career in diversity, equity, and inclusion and the people she met along the way helped solidify how she gives back through her work. Join host Carl Desir as he talks with Toni about her experience breaking in and what it means to be doing such purposeful work in today’s world.
