Holidays can be a difficult time for many, and maybe especially so for people who come from different cultural backgrounds.
This week, we invite a panel of YCC therapists to share their stories about going through the holiday season. Our therapists talk about being in relationship with people of different cultural backgrounds, the role of grief for Asian immigrants celebrating holidays in the United States, and adapting to new traditions and ways of celebrating.
