Liv Phyland is a TV presenter, MC and lifestyle coach. She’s also my ex and despite that, we share a great friendship. Liv and I ran into eachother at the beach the other day and I thought why not jump on the pod where we can dig into some of the wonderful things Liv is doing in the coaching space, as well addressing why our relationship didn’t work. I’m kidding. BUT we did have a super fun conversation, covering Liv’s country roots, the hilarious way she got into TV and unpacked some of the strategies she uses to overcome obstacles nurture her mental health.
