What did we actually learn?
It’s all about you. Your story. Your energy levels and your own journey of nutrition.
You can find your perfect lifetime diet if you care enough.
You will be able to apply a habitual 80/20 routine if you’re curious enough about creating the right habits.
And... If you don’t really care. Try and make your plate as colourful as you possibly can every day.
