Our Sports Nutritionist Paige is back!

We're a bit late to the new years goal sharing bandwagon but we got there eventually.  In this episode we share our perspective on goal setting when it comes to health, our personal & work related goals for the year and we answer a lot of questions Jacinta gets in clinical setting related to diet. 




When it comes to the diet, we often find people are constantly striving to find “the thing” that’s going to “work” for them




Whether it’s a meal plan, intuitive eating, low carb high fat, paleo or whatever name of a diet it could be




But in particular we wanted to define what we think “Intuitive Eating” really is and how this form of eating gives you permission to constantly change and vary your plate according to your needs 




We also answer some questions we got through the instagram related to finding balance with exercise!
