Spivak, A Texas Native, focuses on working with women who are opening and growing their own businesses. She supports them in their endeavor of creating an online presence and developing strategies for growth while maintaining balance for improved mental health. As the pandemic rages on, many women have had to take a step back from their careers, to care for children and/or elderly parents, or simply could not go to work due to health concerns. Women who have stayed in the workforce have reported an increased workload, a noticeable decline in gender equality, and an overall increase in stress and burnout. The mission is to help women thoughtfully design the freedom they desire and to create the life they want while also fulfilling a need they see in the marketplace.
