One of the things that my mother, Mummy Gold (of blessed memories), never failed to remind me when she was alive was to never joke with life.
She will always say to me, “Chi-boy, this life is not more than one. The one you have, don’t joke with it, make it count.”
And that is one thing I have always strived to do with the one life which I have. To make it count that at the end of the day, I can say I made the most of it. One principle I have come to adopt and to live with is this, life is business and only those who care to give life a business approach make profits out of it.
Understand this, none of us has a spare life. You only have one chance at life, make it count.
