In this episode, I speak to Andy Holland, Executive Director of the YOU CAN YOU WILL FOUNDATION, yogi, philanthropist, motivational speaker, soon to be author and the one who I lovingly call "Wayne Dyer Jr."

Andy spent 20 years as CEO of Hi-Fi Video Productions, Inc, a successful production company. His UPS career span 29 years, much of that time was spent as an Operations Supervisor on the Preload shift that started in the wee hours of the morning. 

In 2006, Andy had a HUGE wake up call that forever changed his life. He found himself numb from the chest down and barely able to walk himself into Southwest General Hospital.

Listen in on Andy’s story of awakening, transformation and taking responsibility for his life. Yoga, meditation and mindfulness literally saved his life. His story is the true art and practice of taking one’s life into one’s own hands.
